I haven't been to marble slab for several years. My hubby took me for ice cream Sunday night and I felt 16 again. I absolutely... loved the butter pecan ice cream, mixed with pecans and served in a chocolate/peanut crusted cone! The place was spotless, theservice was impeccable and everyone was super friendly. Me and my family just left getting ice cream and one of the employees had and aditude because my wife told her to wash her hands... after she had been digging in her teeth and when we tried to call to talk to the manager they kept saying she called the wronglocation but we were parked outside of the location watching the store so i know we were at the right place and the receipt hasthe number on it. So you guys need to make sure they are wear gloves or washing their hands with every prep. Read more
Fruit additions have been greatly reduced and seems like ice cream choices are more limited than use to be!!! Service & quality... are still great & cookies are, as always fantastic. NO ONE ANSWERS THE FRIGGIN PHONE THO!!! Read more
The ice cream is good! I got a fudge brownie delight sundae and it was nothing like the picture! False advertisement for sure!!!
How ridiculous is it to own an ice cream & cookie shop for families to come too & have no available seating!!!! Quit being lazy... and allow customers to have a seat & relax. Sorry it requires maintaining clean ???? seating & tables. It?s called the cost ofdoing business. Read more
Marble Slab always has the best ice cream. It's the blue cotton candy shake for me! But if I'm ever in a location that has these... flavors, I also love to get red velvet mixed with cheesecake and cinnamon with chocolate chips and marshmallow mix-ins. I usedto work at a Marble Slab and had so much fun experimenting with flavors and mix-ins. Read more
They are the only store I?ve seen still enforcing a strict mask mandate and requiring young employees to police mask wearing.... Also sat in the car watching a revolving door of people walking in and out going to their cars to get masks and clearlyagitated. They have the counter blocked off with tables to the extent that small children are too far away to see the ice creamflavors. The ice cream is also not as frozen solid as it should be. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! UNSANITARY!! NASTY ATTITUDE! They tried to serve me ice cream after doing the trash without washing their... hands! There is never a manager there! I?ve been waiting 2 days to speak to a manager named Felicia, whom was suppose to callme. I never received a call and every time I call, they say no manger is on duty. When I asked the lady to wash her hands, shestomped off like she was a 5 yr old and never came back out! Teach them customer service and proper sanitation skills!!! Read more
