Horrible Managing. I was told to come in for a interview at 10am, when the store didn?t open until 11am. Then I waited 3 hours... for an interview that I didn?t get. I was told to reschedule, when I was already told reschedule at 11(which I did).How can youhave a manager that doesn?t know how to manage. Very unprofessional, embarrassing, and inconsiderate of others time which isdisrespectful to anyone. Food was also served slow and were multiple times where I could be interviewed, as everyone was servedand no ones was coming in, but the manager decides to sit in the kitchen play with his fingers. The size of the burgers have shrunk tremendously! I am used to five guys burgers being big and although expensive for a burger... it used to be worth it. I paid $55.14 for what looks like 3 kids sized cheeseburgers. I am completely dissatisfied and Five Guysshould be ashamed of themselves for taking cheating their customers! Read more
I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THE FOOD WAS SOMEWHAT OK. I say this because of the STUPID ridiculous cost of a burger. It just makes no... sense for it to cost so much. Don't get me wrong. It was ok. But the price is ridiculous. The meat was flavorful but my burger fell apart on the 1st bite. I also have a pet... peeve when you're paying and the machine asks for a gratuity. That should be based on the overall experience. Shouldn't it. ButI feel that if I don't tip, my food won't be right. It's not just this place. Read more
Ordered pick up and had to give a review. Great food and service, fries were made when I arrived to ensure peak freshness and... maximum crispness. Burger was juicy and flavorful and toppings were fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful, just wish I couldgive more stars. Read more

Kitchen is a bit slow, but I guess that's because they make each burger to order instead of just preparing them upfront and... leaving them on the heater like McDonalds. All toppings are free, which is a great plus. All the times I've been here, I'venever seen huge crowds or anything. Overall, good food and service for the price. The burgers taste great btw!
