The food truck was in my neighborhoodso.i decided to give them a try . I ordered the Willie Mae Po Boy. Hands down one of the... best sandwiches I've eaten . The shrimp and fish were seasoned to perfection. All the toppings were fresh . Nice sized portion.Even better than the sandwich was the customer service from the owner Desmond. Fortunate to stumble upon this food truck at home. The po boy was perfect. The shrimp were probably jumbo because I got a bit... in every bite which isnt always the case with catfish and shrimp po boys. Green beans were seasoned well and loved that therewas no meat in it. Read more
