Cashier was super nice. I waited 15 minutes for Mac and cheese and it was like slop! Awful texture! Regrettable!
Please close this store immediately I live less than a mile from this store there is no Managment what so ever the employees... claim not to know the store number or manager name there is always a mistake with my order I once was told I could only order aten piece in order to save chicken for the other customers ????????? the staff is highly incompetent under trained and rude thedrive thru is at least an half hour ordeal there is constantly a pile of food to the side from incorrectly filling orders andnot throwing it away when it is returned . The lobby is just as bad as the drive thru I just watched one employee make my orderthree times only for the employee working drive thru to take it when I asked what was goin on I was told I can wait !!! Onestar is to many please cut this store and redo it nothing like a bunch of unsupervised teens to ruin your dinner and chance ofever coming back !!!! This the slowest place on earth. I sat in drive through for 20 minutes nobody ever answered. I went inside to place an order and... the workers just kept walking around talking, so I left. I will not be giving this place any business at all. Read more
IVE WORKED HERE !!!! Don?t come here they food sits out for hours they have roaches and rats and don?t do anything to get rid of... them I?ve worked her for 7-8 months and I?ve seen it all they pick food up without gloves prep chicken no gloves they had molein the mac and still tried to sell it multiple times close this location with the rest. I?m very familiar with this church?s chicken since being a child in middle school. So I usually know what to expect. Today I... want to commend the crew tonight on their warm, sweet, excellent service. After getting off a long work day it was so nice notto have go through any hassle. Would give a zero if I could. Worst experience ever. Cashiers didn't know their menu or how to run the register. Food quality... poor. Super slow. No manager or supervisor in the store. The first picture is how the chicken fried steak should look the secondpicture is that chicken fried steak that I received. Good home and was missing my extra side. This particular location is horrible! They take forever to take your order, it does not matter the time of the day or if your... the only car. The chicken was burned, the biscuits was hard and dry, the only thing I like was the fries. One last thing, theMac and cheese, don't ever get it, at least not at this location. Read more
