Just horrible. This place was a great place when we moved to fall creek. However the place has turned for the worst. You can... even tell by the amount of tables always available at this place but no waiters so they sit you in the bar area but the rest ofthe restaurant is empty. On top of that the floors in the bar area are what you expect in a restroom. Sticky and paper napkinsall over the floor. It was disgusting. Then getting a waiter or service is like you need to find someone in the back. We decidedscrew it and left. This place needs new management. Falls short of the chilis brand. I?d recommend to go to roadhouse and youwill realize a huge difference. There are other place in fall creek also anything is better than chilis. Read more

Service was slow. Waiter forgot about us a couple times. Hostess was caring and attentive. The burgers are surprisingly... delicious. Salads are heavily dressed so if you don't like that ask for it on the side. Read more
This place is slow at service it took a while to bring out the fajitas hot plate. The rice had no flavor and the charros beans... were cold in which we didnt order. We ask to replace beans with extra rice but our waitress forgot. We didnt bother since the rice was bad. Fajita and chicken was the only good thing on the hot plate. I ordered a simple burger with fries, drink and soup on the side. I paid on their website, when I got my food delivered of... course it was cold (which didnt really bother me) but the fact that my burger was raw and I asked for it well done, and I got awarm sweet tea instead of a coke. The whole meal went to waste as i didnt finish any of it. I asked for a refund and neverreceived my refund, they had me on the phone for like 30 min asking me all these questions and assured me I would get my refundand its been two weeks. We had lunch here today. We had a very short wait to be seated. Our server did a fine job. I had the $8 combo with Caesar salad... and the turkey club. My wife had the mango glazed chicken. Both were tasty. The 80's music seemed a little odd and too loud, butmaybe that's just me. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We waited for 30 mins to be seated every worker that was there literally just walked around and looked at... you with no acknowledgement! Finally as we was walking out the door a customer that was sitting at the bar said you have to seatyou self we said thank you and let another customer know! This chilis is the worst one I have ever been to idk who management isbut they need to hire more people with better customer service skills!
