Went the other night and the lady at the window had the bigggggggest attitude of all. We ordered at the drive thru but... apparently it was so muffled I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I suppose that annoyed her more than me and it wentdown hill. At what point do fast food address the issue and teach their employees to recognize there?s an issue and accommodate.I had to keep saying it?s muffled I don?t understand and she was repeating all my items wrong. When you are an UberEats driver, there are directions on what they want you to do (where to park, to call, go inside, etc.) The... directions clearly say to park in front of the doors and go inside, but they still waved me away and made me go through thedrive thru, which means the customer who ordered there food is setting on a counter getting cold while I wait for roughly 10minutes for no reason at all. If they don't want us to come inside for a pickup, they need to update the instructions to bettersuit their customers needs. Don't get me wrong, checkers is awesome. Overall this is a nice place, clean inside and very friendly staff. The quality of the food is not what I expected, burger... looked old and dry. Don't get me wrong It went down fine, I ate without hesitation. Gas station attached seems to be nice andclean as well. Read more
Terrible experience at drive through. They sent me up front to wait for fries and forgot about me. I had to reverse back and... they didn't even apologize. Or acknowledge that oops we forgot or come up with an excuse. Just shoved the fries in my face andlooked at me as if I was inconveniencing them. Read more
