Please do not come to this restaurant. They stuffed my grandmother's bag full of food and when it all fell through the manager... just shrugged and made her pay for it again. Perhaps these employees should just sit at home and collect unemployment if theydon't feel that it's necessary to properly do their job and I hope that the franchisee takes note of their poor attitude andcustomer service and acts appropriately. For some reason they can never answer their phone calls and this is the 3rd time they forget items in my order the first was a... whopper through ubereats the second time they forgot 2 orders of chicken fries and a large fries and this time it?s a largechicken fries with large fries and a medium fries, I wouldn?t take it this serious but I?m riding Uber the last time I beenthere and can?t afford to come back and forth for missed items and I can understand a job in the fast food situation can be verystressful but this is 3 times in a row overall I see no good customer service skills with most not all employees at thisparticular location I would think that being a customer that has a big order would be appreciated a lot more and to make suretheir order is correct and ready to go by double checking prior to letting it go to paying customers , Read more

The service is usually pretty awesome here...no long waits and the employees are mostly pretty cool! I havent had a bad... experience as of yet. I certainly hope it remains that way!! Also i love the different levels of seating! There is even just alittle nook area thats my favorite one!! This time i had the value menu ...cant beat 10 piece nuggets for $1.49 and acheeseburger and fries!!! All hot and fresh and yummmmy!!
