My breakfast was good but the guy in drive thru was not pleasant at all. I asked for grape jelly packets after he handed my... order and he acted like he didn't want to give 2 grape jelly packets for my 2 breakfast sandwiches. I hate I bothered him forthe jelly. Read more

My husband came all the way home just to find out that they gave him the wrong order. Went back the order could not be found.... They remaid the order then the mgt stated that the worker realized she messed up and the order had been sitting on the counter.Smh Read more

Food was good but the service at this location was really lacking. Slow to the counter to take my order, and when she got there,... she just stood there and looked at me - no hi, no intro, no offer, no would you like?, nothing. Gave me my food in a bag after Iasked to eat there. The whole situation just felt rude and very inconsistent with my expectations for BK. Read more

Went there late night, lights were just turned off. McDonald literally next door had a line around the parking lot. They had... no 1 in line.. they refused to take my order, then I seen the time was 11:30. They don't close until 12am. Listed on the drivethru window, I hunked my horn and the Mgr. Was a real B. Now I see y they had no 1 in line and McDonalds was lined around thecorner. I would fire this Mgr. She simply doesn't care about the business just to get home early. Read more

This evening, my wife and I had a craving for hamburgers, so we both decided that we would get whoppers from Burger King. We... went to the Burger King located at 6944 FM 1960 E. in Humble, Texas. We both ordered whopper meals, and we wanted sweet teas,but then they told us that they ran out of sweet tea. So instead, we ordered two lemonades. In addition to that, I orderedjalapeño cheddar bites. When we got to the window to pay, the woman took my card and set it on the counter for several minutes.When she finally rang my order up, she gave my card back to me, with no receipt. She handed us our lemonades, both of which wereleaking from the brim of the cup. Then she handed us our food. As we started driving off, I asked my wife to check the bag tomake sure everything was correct. As we were leaving the parking lot, she noticed that they did not put the jalapeño cheddarbites in the bag. I had to turn my vehicle around, drive back into the parking lot, park my vehicle, then go into the BurgerKing and ask for my jalapeño cheddar bites, which they gave me. When we got home, we started to open up our meals so that wecould enjoy our burgers, as I was handing my wife her lemonade, I noticed something black on the brim of her cup. When I removedthe lid, we both noticed that it was a dead spider on the brim of the cup, caught underneath the lid. We initially called thenumber on the order slip, and the call did not go through on 2 to 3 attempts. When we googled the restaurant location werealized that their number had changed. My wife and I both called the new number three times a piece, so a total of six times,and no one ever picked up the phone. In fact, we let the phone ring so long, that it disconnected on its own. So we gave up ontrying to call them, which is what is prompting me to leave this review. This whole experience with Burger King was totallydisgusting, and a waste of my time and money! Ordered four separate meals through the drive through at 5pm on a Friday evening. I can appreciate the short wait time, the... windows are unobscured with a clear line of sight to assembly behind the scenes and the GLOVES!! The order is ALWAYS correct!Thank you. :) However, when handed the drinks (without a carrier support) I noticed the struggle the employee had while placingthese poorly designed lids which were an accident waiting to happen.... it happened. I do NOT blame the employee, I blame thecompany for skimping on the simplest thing. Read more
