Waited forever as the only customer inside to be approached. Literally left and came back. Then I Was told there was no burgers?... In Burger King. So left without any food. No toilet paper in bathroom and pee on toilet. And the girl who finally asked my orderwas passive aggressive and poor customer service. Read more

Customer service is terrible, once at the drive through to order it?s completely silent until you say ?hello?. After the... customer gives a greeting the employee tells you to wait a sec and the wait varies between 10 min to 20 sitting in the drivethrew. When the employee finally responds the customer is then cut off while ordering or rushed to order. I hate this this placeand they need new staff and management ASAP. Read more

This location always takes 100 years to take your order and does not address you in the drive through unless you say something.... Then they proceed to tell you to hold on a few minutes and don't return with updates for another 10 minutes. Definitely seemslike there is an operational and customer service gap going on with the staff. This has happened numerous times, I would avoidthis location. 5 out of 6 trips I ended up going somewhere else. Read more

I like Burger King. Especially their bacon cheeseburgers (even though they went from $1 to $2.50), Jalapeño Cheddar snacks &... Hershey pies. I'm a little perturbed that I ordered a Coke slush & it's already in a tiny cup yet they couldn't even fill itup?? Read more

Everything was great at the location we asked for it fresh out of the shortening I had my extra pickles. when using the ladies... restroom a lot of things could have been less touchless Some employees were hanging out in the parking lot in Burger King chairlike it was a party. Read more

Just so disappointed went there on Friday to get one of the melts and it's no longer on the menu. Everytime a eatery brings... something to their menu that everyone likes they take it away. The melts are the best things at BK and now they are going. Read more

Shift manager not a good fit for job, rest of the team lagging behind and is very badly lacking communication skills due to bad... management. Management either can?t keep up with their own inventory of label wrappers or even demonstrate simple criticalthinking skills to make a simple executive decision to communicate with the drive through team that they need to communicatewith everyone ordering a whopper that it will be wrapped in the ?Impossible Whopper? label wrap. When brought to manager?sattention, manager demonstrated poor attitudes towards simple criticism and escalated a simple fix into an issue with customer(me) forcing me to just get a refund and loose a sale rather than just fix it.
