My daughter placed an order which I picked up. I got home - a 25 minute drive due to my daughter not realizing which location... she order from - and it was incorrect. I called them immediately and the 5 stars are for the wonderful customer service providedby the manager Danielle (sp?). My second time ever going to a Buffalo wild wings. First time here though. This building is relatively new and since it's close... by, I was bound to come here eventually. If any one in your life has ever told you this place is trash. Come here before youtake their word. I really like this place. I'll come back just to try more sauces. I tried there mango habanero wings w/ onionrings. Both where great. But that sauce is more spicy then sweet. Just to warn you. I wish they'd lower there prices though. ButI'll definitely come back. So I called three times and no one could pick up the phone to take my Togo order. I drive in and order my food because online... you?re not given the special notes or request option to type in how you want your wings cooked, also hot lemon pepper isn?t asauce option online! I go into the store to get my order taken and I explained my order twice for her understanding and mine.She even read it back to me, 10 piece traditional wings ALL FLATS WELL DONE( extra crispy) 1/2 Hot lemon pepper and 1/2 spicygarlic. She tells me it?ll be 25 minutes since I want it well done which isn?t a problem at all, I went to run a few errands andactually ran over time. My order had been ready for twenty minutes so I?m anxious to get back to the store to pick up. When Iwalk in the lady who took my order says ?one minute? and the other employee (black male) working that day (12/16) was sweet. Hestopped what he was doing and got my order from the heater. Something told me to check it before driving off and thank God Idid! Order just completely gone to sh?so it?s not all flats, and I was given spicy garlic and Buffalo wings instead. I hatedrums which is why I don?t mind paying the difference for what I want. Now I?m frustrated because it?s been 30 minutes and now Ihave to wait another 25 for it to be made right. Tried this place for the first time and definitely NOT a good experience. Waited over an hour and food still not ready. There... were other angry customers in the lobby that had been waiting for their food for just as long. When we finally got our food, theorder was missing fries and sauce! Came back to ask for our fries and at least one other person was here asking for them to fixtheir order too. Their lobby was once again packed with people waiting for orders.
