Every time I visit this place I use the drive thru. It's never quick service, and I feel like I'm always being rushed. However,... on my last visit, the person who was at the window was extremely nice! She didn't rush me when I was at the box placing myorder, nor at the window. I don't remember her name; but please hire more employees like this! Besides that...the snoballs arealways delicious! It's the reason why I keep coming back despite the service issues. Read more
This place is soooo good!! They have a great rewards program too. So many flavors to choose from. Good prices and multiple... sizes. Other than the very unfriendly girl taking orders, everyone else was very friendly. But she needs to learn to smile andnot look like she hates her job. But this place is awesome and we will be back! Great smoothies and sno-cones. My family and I cant wait to come back and try more items. I had the acai smoothie bowl topped... with granola, coconut flakes sliced banana, strawberry and honey drizzle, it was very refreshing and the size small was perfectand not too much. I love getting their plain snow. The flavors are just overly sweet for me. Management helped me with a customized party pack.... It was awesome of her to go above & beyond. Also, just for future customers a partypacks of sno will last 12 hours in a ACenvironment. I drove 5 hrs to my destination with it & it lasted over 12 hrs. Thank you so much Read more
