I am not an angry person but the experience I had at this Subway today almost made me lash out. I kept my composure though... because I was trying to convince myself that a) the cashier either had an invisible disability b) a crazy hangover c)the world'smost laziest attitude. Option a) is what kept me from not abandoning ship and walking out. I'm not really sure where to start,between being there for over 30 minutes, and the cashier touching the cupboard with the same gloves he was using to make mysandwich...I wanted to cry. I didn't even have the heart to tell him to start over. At this point, I had already been waitingfor 15 minutes. I quietly paid my bill, but those subs were trashed! I'm hoping the manager sees this post, and gets back to mebefore I get a hold of corporate for my money back. This is not acceptable. Read more

REALLY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE... I ordered platter through phone call and had confirmed the hour and the order numerous number of... times prior to hanging, as the food was to he served for colleagues at work, that are given 30 minutes lunch break. I got thereexactly on time and paid for the platter.. Then after paying, I was kept waiting for few minutes to be told that my platter wasnot ready..... He said he thought the platter was to be ready by 4.45, not 11.45.. I asked him how this could be possible whenI had confirmed the time with him numerous number of times over the phone. The answer that I got was that, he thought I had said4.45.. (which is impossible because as I had said, this was for lunch at work) And when I asked him what he could to resolvethe situation as there are people waiting for the food (My colleague had not brought lunch for this special lunch), he said hewill refund the money - which was definitely not the answer that I wanted.. I asked him if he could try to make some sandwichesreally quickly so I could get something to my colleagues on time. He said he could, if I could get in the line. In theperspective of other individuals who were waiting in line, that seemed fair. But to an individual who had placed an order inadvanced, but did not get the food on time due to the mix up on their end, it seemed very unfair. This experience was not onlyembarrassing due to the individuals that were starring me at the store, but this was a huge embarrassment for me as I was leftwith no food for my colleagues that had brought no food.. Worst subway ever, waited 20 minutes for a 6 inch sub that was cut with the bottom so thin everything fell out. 3 people... working, two of them standing around most of the time while the obvious new person struggled with every sandwich to get thecheese apart. Boo!! Read more

Horrific service. I was treated very badly at this subway location and I believe this was because I could not speak very well... French. I was trying my best to explain to the woman serving me what I wanted. She clearly was very new because she had no ideawhat subs were on the menu and what meat went on which sub. I noticed this even when she was speaking to a customer speakingFrench. She was very angry when talking to me and having her other helper try to talk to me saying very rudely she can?tunderstand me and he kept responding with a no. After she terribly assembled my mess of a sub, I said thank you and she justlooked at me rudely. Read more

A very average Subway. They make decent subs at a cheap price and they do it quickly. There's a bit of a lunch rush during the... weekdays, but they're usually well staffed so there's never too long of a line. A very casual, consistent, and fast place for ameal. Read more

Aaaamaaazing are the people who run this place. So much courteous and respectful to their clients and customers and their needs.... Understanding of the customers wants and always a step ahead. Not once ever have i had to explain them anything twice and theytook such care in making my sandwiches even during the heavy lunch hour. The manager is so well mannered person and she sets anextra high bar for others to follow. I would certainly go there if worked in that area but may be some other time. This portshould have come 8-9 months back but its ok to post it now. Hopefully who ever worked back them are still there. Read more

The salad was brown. I told the guy that the lettuce didnt seems Fresh at all. He told me it was Fresh of the day. After... I asked for cucumber in my sandwich, some hot pepper were stock to a piece of cucumber and instead of removing it he justcontinu. I had to tell him To remove the hot pepper from my sandwich. Just not great. I wouldnt come back here. Read more
