We stopped in after our visit to Devils Tower. Friendly & inviting atmosphere. Ordered the grilled elk burger from the specials... board, it came with fries & coleslaw, all very delicious! Also ordered the pork chops, it came with applause, soup, salad, &delicious fried potatoes! Everything was spectacular! Also, loved the way they served the water ?? Read more

Terrible experience. We ordered BBQ Ribs and pasta(pene), It took more than an hour to serve because only 1 person to wait the... table and also acted as cashier, and the room was full with at least 30 customers. BBQ Ribs was not fresh and tasteless, apparently it had been sitting for a while and the chef re-baked it. The pasta taste bitter! We both couldn't finish. The onlygood thing was the owner/waiter/cashier waived our bill. Read more

A good solid meal. The place is up for sale and wasn't busy. The restaurant side was closed. There were one or two people at... the bar, and their full lunch menu was available which was pleasantly surprising. I had a really good 1/2 pound cheeseburger, and my partner had a burnt ends sandwich. Both were excellent! My burger came with thick slices of very fresh tomato onion andlettuce. The fries and onion rings were excellent. We ordered takeout and were able to sit in the backyard beer garden withour doggy - a ceiling fan in the outdoor space made for a lovely cool shaded dining room. Read more

Awesome cheeseburger not too much fat not dry perfectly medium rare and very big. Also came with very thick tomato slices and... ice thick onion as well as pickles and lettuce. Their version of french fries are also awesome. And a very good price. They alsohave a good TV set up for watching the football games on a Sunday. We ate in the saloon part where you go in the sidedoor. Great service by a young lady. I love finding these hidden gems, though they're too far in between. Read more

We were going to Devils Tower. Seen this place and decided to stop in for a light lunch. We both ordered the cheeseburger. It... was fantastic!!!!. The meat was 3/4 inch thich an 4 inches around. Cooked to perfection! The french fries were delicious. Theonion was a full slice of onion. Now some of you may put your nose up at eating onion. This was a special onion that I've nothad for years. It was sweet and oh so juicy. Not much for heat. It could be eaten like an apple. Our waitress was very plesantand helpful. The facilities-- Clean. I will definitely be back when in the area.
