I just went through the drive through and ordered two spicy chicken thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy and a sweet tea. There... was only one other vehicle in line which was in front of me waiting for their food. Mine came out right away. The chicken washot and fresh and full of juice so cooked to perfection! My potatoes and gravy and biscuit were all great too! It was so large Icouldn't even finish it! My sweet tea is also on point! Will be back for sure! I would've took a picture of my food but once Istarted eating, I didn't wanna stop! Good job to the employees here! Read more

Very disappointing . Great when they first opened but now, not at all. Good luck getting fresh, warm food! No chance of it ever... being hot! They have you pull around and wait and you think it?s because they cooking the food so it will be hot. No chance. Thesign should say Popeyes cold fried chicken prepared yesterday. The last time I pulled up, the person on the intercom wasgiggling and speaking in a weird voice. You could hear everyone chuckling. I drove away and won?t ever go back. If they behavethat way on the intercom with no worries then I can only imaging how they handle the food or clean the kitchen. Where is themanager or the owner? I'm giving a 4 on the food.. because.. it was greasy. Everything was so hot when we got home and nothing was forgotten..we had... napkins and tableware to eat with... but I'm giving whomever was at that register at 7 pm on Friday night a 5! I was going to give it a one star, but I decided to give it a two star because the food is good. The customer service on the... other hand is a little bit unprofessional. You place an order drive up to the window pay and they want you to park and wait 20minutes. I unfortunately do not have 20 minutes so I asked if I can wait at the window and they just rolled their eyes and saidI guess. Then they give me my food and I asked for some condiments and they said we already put some in the bag, three piecesfor a meal of 16 pieces of chicken. When I asked if I can get some more girl at the window rolled her eyes gave me thecondiments said good day didn't even speak to me after that. I think the employees are in need of a little bit more customercare knowledge. Read more

I ordered the Surf & Turf Tackle Box yesterday evening and it was ????. It has a mix of chicken tenders and shrimp ????. I... didn't have much of a waiting time and the drive thru moves quickly.
