Inedible on multiple occasions. We give this place a chance every now and then and never have been over 80% happy with our meal.... Today was the last time we will go to this one. Girl at the window had an attitude and food was disgusting. Tenders were so hardand dry, it was like they had been under the heat lamp for days. Health Department needs to review this place. My experience was less than ideal, the employees were talking while I was giving my order so the person waiting on me had to re... ask my order. I received fries and strips that were clearly cooked in very old oil. The fries reek and are inedible. Read more
I went to KFC Hueytown. They are extra rude. They sold me old chicken and I ask for refund. Instead of giving me refund, manager... called police. They kept the chicken and never refund my money. I will never go and never advise anyone to go to KFC. Badbusiness Read more
My husband just picked up our dinner. One was a pot pie combo that comes with a drink and cookie ( pictured and described that... way on the web page). The young girl at the register told him if didn't include a cookie when he ask where the cookie was. Itwas bad enough that the young lady couldn't hold her head and body up but had to lean on the wall near register, she did notknow your menu items and apparently could not read where the combo included a cookie. I know help is hard to find but with thatservice, customers will be hard to find also. Read more
Bought two fried chicken sandwiches that they had a special on. There were two large signs in the drive through that promised... fresh cooked chicken on these sandwiches. When I bit in, it was obvious that the chicken filets had been reheated. Dry, tough,and really not very good, even on sale. Not worth the price. Needs new management! We came at 6pm and was told they are cleaning the grease and it would be a 16 minute wait. I told her that... was fine and I would wait. At first she assumed I wouldn't wait and didn't really listen to me. Then she seemed like she wastrying to talk me out of ordering. I was told they couldn't do crispy or that would take even longer. I set my alarm for 18minutes to give them a little extra time. We waited and watched several other cars get their orders. 35 minutes later we finallygot our order. I have worked in restaurants before and we always cleaned grills or grease during down time or slow hours..notduring dinner rush. The chicken looks either like it's burnt or they didn't even clean the grease at all. After reading otherreviews it appears that this has been an on going problem. I could see several people working and they didn't appear shorthanded at all. Apparently they want to get paid but not work. I haven't been there in a while but can see why they never havemany customers anymore while the other drive throughs are packed. How is a business supposed to make money if they aren'tprepared to make chicken during busy hours and workers would rather sit around doing nothing? I really hope the franchise ownersees this and other reviews. It should give a clear perspective why revenue is down! Read more
