Ordered at drive thru and asked if they had a veterans discount. They replied the did. Paid for meal and got receipt and no... discount. Asked about it when getting our food and gentleman replies you can?t have one you cashed out. Then when furtherquestioned said I?m not giving you one. Not to mention the 13 dollar chicken sandwich meal had the wrong sandwich in it. Staffcould certainly use a lesson in customer service. Read more
Girl forgot foodthat was ordered so I had to go back. She was incredibly rude and unapologetic for my inconvenience. I was on my... way to work and had to turn around to get food needed for lunch. I inquired about a coupon for my inconvenience. She said sosnarky " have a nice day" that she was lucky I was running late or I would have asked for a manager right then. Sodisappointing. We've never had poor service here. Always friendly and when a mistake was made with our order it was properly fixed. The only... critism I have is the inconsistency of the "neatness" of the sandwiches.. don't appreciate my top bun slid halfways across mybeef and cheddar...its messy. They stole our money and closed early. We ordered online and when we went to pick it up the store was closed. Why would it even... allow us to order online if there was no one there? I never really thought twice about it but I?ve seen the store closed earlymultiple times. They don?t care at all. They also use dirty oil, have rude employees and management.
