I moved down here from Oregon where Dutch is based out of. I have never in all my life experienced a Dutch Bros so consistently... slow. I love Dutch but I only come by maybe once a month because I can't count on getting through the line reasonably fast. I've been a DB Fan for 20 years plus.. started out in Oregon and California.. I drove 113 miles, 1 way today to get here... i... did read reviews first and noticed Everyone was complaining about wait times????. I've been #32 in line before waiting for a DBbeverage. I wanted to go multiple times before leaving a review to make sure the wait times weren?t a fluke. I have now been several times... and on average I wait 30 minutes. It?s absolutely ridiculous. At most there have been 7 or 8 cars in front of me at the?busiest? I?ve gone and the wait is between 25-40 min. When I?ve had my toddlers in the car, they are screaming by the time weleave. While I was in line today, I watched three cars back out at different times because they were fed up with the wait. Ireally hope they get something figured out as it has been months of this. I gave two stars because the actual product is good!But I can?t justify the wait times and won?t be going back unless things drastically change. Read more
This location is awesome! Everyone who works here always has a smile on their face and they work hard. Yes this location is very... new so they are still figuring some things out. They are most likely short staffed and need more people. Sometimes there is await so what if you want coffee you need to plan ahead and get here early. People compare this place to Starbucks but ever sinceI started coming here I never think about going there anymore. If you don?t like their coffee go across the street but I?venever had a complaint about my coffee. Definitely give this place a chance I?m glad I did. Read more
I really want to like DutchBros! I think the drinks are good and the staff is nice but the wait time is so long it?s not... feasible to grab a drink without being late to work. I?ve been stuck in the line for over 25 minutes on two occasions now.Hopefully they are able to become efficient because this wait time makes it difficult to choose them. Read more
I love Dutch Bros but I do not love this location. I am aware that this location is very new, and still in a learning curve, but... I am extremely disappointed with the wait times just to get one or two simple drinks. The lines are always long and once you arein line you cannot leave due to set up of drive-through. All the other Dutch Bros locations I have gone to are far superior andI never had to wait more than five minutes even during busiest hours. The longest I waited for a drink at this location was 30minutes. I could drive all the way to Fort Worth, get a drink and come back in the time that it took to wait at this location. This location is amazing! The staff taking our order in line were super friendly with us and the girl Audrey at the window was... the sweetest server to my family. We even got some really cool Dutch Bro stickers from them which was really nice!! My drink wasmade perfect and I can't wait to try other ones from here Came back another time where my order taker was Hayden and he wassuper cute and sweet with my friends. We went to this location and timed the moment we pulled into the drive through lines until the time it took to pull out with our... drinks. 1 hour and 12 minutes, no kidding. After 30 minutes it did become a joke because I thought people were exaggerating butnope. All we could do was laugh and make jokes to each other. We have been back a couple times since and the wait has notgotten any better. Most of the time, there are two maybe three or more people working there at a time. The person that takesyour order at the window (rarely have someone taking orders outside) has a job of just talking and not working on speeding theline by helping to make drinks. I have been a fan of Dutch Bros for decades when I was living in Washington. This one for somereason can not get it together. The drinks are inconsistent depending on who is making them for some reason. The last time wewent, which will probably be our last, the order taker and barista were talking quietly about my tip because they thought Icould not hear them. The order taker said what the tip amount was to the barista who seemed to be put off said? that is not20%!? Well, if I am expected to wait in long lines, pay for inconsistent drinks that are not special requests and then get putdown for not tipping the amount they feel (why they get tipped at all is beyond me), I am now taking my business somewhere else.Too bad because I was super excited to have this one so close.
