I usually like Wendy's, I can't judge the food this time cuz I left. Drive thru didn't greet me for like 2 min so I said hello,... and was told to hold on a sec. No one in line, no one in the store, so why am I waiting another 3 to 4 min before they finallyask me what I want, after I order he says the pop machine isn't working. Ok. What is going on with the customer service therelately. I went to McDonald's they took my order, my money and gave me food in less time then it took a Wendy's employee to askwhat I wanted to order. Short staffed, slow service, i ordered the chicken Alfredo the other two I was with ordered a meat pizza, the pizza was liked... by them but was very slow to come to the table, I waited a few minutes more for the Alfredo pasta they brought it out on alarge tray and set that on the table and walked away I thought it was silly for the size of bowl to be on this tray so I grabthe bowl to take it off the tray but shortly realize this thing was put under a boiler (salamander) not a word from thewaitress that the bowl would be hot. My boyfriend went through your drive through on a bike due to your lobby being closed, he was laughed at and made fun of for... being on a bike and not in a car. he works so hard everyday and yall genuinely made him upset. not everyone has a car and itwas extremely unprofessional and mean. management as well hung up the phone when a call was made to call out the issue. Ihope HR can fix how they act cause it was far from ok. Read more
