Worst experience! Restaurant was overly warm at 83 degrees, chicken strips were dry and tough, Mac & cheese was a globby mess... and no ice available for the soda which came out of the machine warm. Very disappointing!!! Read more
Bad Experience. The drive-thru was handled during dinner rush by a young man that just was not ready. He hardly talked and when... he did, he was difficult to understand. He was so slow to answer questions that I sat there wondering if he had forgot I wasthere. Besides that, the chicken sandwich I received was mashed, soggy, and the piece of chicken was about half the size itnormally is. It tasted ok, but it had zero crunch. It was a far cry from the 'best chicken sandwich' it raved to be. I hadalready driven 5 minutes away to a quiet parking spot to eat before hitting the road again before I realized what I received. Very upset. We drove 2 hours to get Popeyes from this place. Took 3 people to understand and respond to our question and they... still got the wrong order. We asked for 4 breasts, 4 wings and 8 thighs. We waited 20 minutes, they packed our order and we gothome with 8 thighs and 8 legs. We verified our order 3 times! English should be first language for at least one of the employeesthere! Yes, we should have checked, but thought 3 x verified was enough. We will go to Madison from now on. Popeyes here in Hudson? some of the worst service you will ever get, they are slow, half the time, 50% of the time they mess up... the order. Like, it gets kind of ridiculous how poorly operated this place is. On top of it, the employees are rude. Food isgood though, will give them that. Just hope it isn?t cold by the time you actually get it. Read more
We were afraid it would be too spicy for us. But no! Chicken was very good.(we ordered mild) You have to be ready there are two... sandwiches available: plain chicken burger and spicy. There are chicken nuggets, chicken stripes. For seafood: shrimp and fish.Thats it. They have a big variety of sides: mash potatoes, beans, coleslaw, biscuits. Read more
Ordered a two piece special off the Popeyes app. So with these things, you have 15 minutes to use the code. Inviting inside... seating with a display (had the weather channel on). wifi was fast and quick to connect. The counter lady was friendly and fast.Food came out in about 30sec. Chicken was good, spicy fries were not very spicy but were crispy. lost a star cuz the lady didn?task if I wanted ketchup or any sauce. Did not even see any ketchup or sauces. Biscuit ...
