Sunday 5 - 6pm. As long as you don?t order ahead. When you do, they only advise you afterwards that they don?t have chicken ?... So, you ordered your dish, paid full price for your Parmesan chicken, but get a vegetarian dish instead. I think it?s a moneymaking idea? Oh yes, and the soda machine is out of lemon too. We finally found the Noodles in Hudso . It's kind of hidden in a strip mall just off Carmichael. It's very easy to miss. We had... a good meal at Noodles. We both had the Zucchini Grilled Orange Chicken. It tasted great. But it seemed like a small bowl ofsoup not at all like the picture of the full size dish. It took a bit of time to get our food, but they didn't have enoughpeople. That seems to be the problem everywhere. The people were great though. We were even given a couple coupons for a freebowl because of the wait. That was very thoughtful. I did think it was funny that they labeled their restrooms as "genderneutral" when they're just 1 person restrooms. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for my food. Ordered food online went to pick it up 5 minutes after the time it said it would be done. Another... customer thinks the person who came in before me took my order. We shared the issue with the service people. I was made to wait45 minutes before they would remake my order. Read more
I never do this, but I had to share. My daughter and I went there yesterday. The hours say it opens at 10:30, we got there at 11... am and the doors were locked. There were two people inside behind the counter working. No one came the door when I tried openingit, we were ignored. There was also no sign on the door indicating short staff or anything. I would not be writing this if themanager came to the door and explained what was happening, but nothing. As my daughter and I were leaving, the manager came tothe door to let an employee in, but never made the effort to communicate to myself and another customer what was happening.Thankfully the Woodbury location was opened & service was excellent. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt during lockdown when everywhere was struggling but it is consistently an awful... experience. Terrible customer service, hugely varying portions, paying for add-ons and extras and not getting them, then beingscoffed at for requesting the proper food that I have paid for . I understand most of the staff are borderline children (or atleast act like it, very bizarre setting, borderline uncomfortable) but as somebody who worked at Noodles as a kid, it'sembarrassing, the job isn't that hard. usually love their food, but last time I went there my order took 20 minutes. then, after going there today, after standing at... the counter waiting to order for a few minutes, someone finally informed us that we can only online order due to short staff. Ientirely understand the short staff issue (I work in fast food as well), but it really can't be that difficult to take an orderat the register for less than one minute. a little disappointed and probably will give one more chance to this store. This place needs more staff, and not ones they find in the pits of Minneapolis (multi colored white lady with tats everywhere).... She had no work ethic. Waited 30 minutes for a simple noodle and parm chicken that came out to be dry as a nun. This place willbe shut down in no time, and it deserves to be. Also, lower your prices. $12 for noodles and chicken is ridiculous. Read more
The staff here went above and beyond. I didn't realize a dish had fish sauce in it, which I'm allergic to. They tried to call me... to ask me about it, and when I arrived they asked if I wanted another sauce, and when I asked if they could make another dish,they were amazing and did it. Thank you so much!
