If I owned this establishment I would be utterly mortified to know how my employees act. Employees where yelling at each other,... mocking each other and not being kind. I placed my order at 7 and didn't receive it until 724. I totally respect when you arebusy; however, there where multiple orders placed after ours and received their food. When I asked about it one gal didn't evenrespond to me, instead turned and yelled, "does anyone see number 1606 up on the screen". So I asked again, I was ignored. ThenI asked if I could just cancel my order and this young guy goes behind their lil wall by the cash registers and has the audacityto MOCK ME! I seriously would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse my six year old child witnessed all ofthese actions. I am mortified as a customer, the owners of managers should be highly embarrassed how their staff perfom and howthey display themselves to customers. Also, if these are your children please teach them respect, you never know what anotherperson is going through and I was just trying to brighten my daughter's day, instead she had to witness bullying, yelling andmocking. Drive through service was terrible and it wasn't even busy. The food looked as if they had been literally thrown together. The... staff was very indifferent, especially when we had to go inside because they had forgotten one whole meal. This place has been adisappointment on a number of occasions. The only reason for 2 stars was the food was predictable, and okay. Everything else wasa disappointment, as usual. Read more
Very horrible experience at this location. Most of the time the food is way below par. Burger/chicken cold and sometimes... undercooked. Managers are very disrespectful when asked a simple question about the order. I will not be returning to thislocation ever. I wouldn't recommend this location to enyone, not even my worst enemy. If I could give less then 1 star I wouldbecause it's been nothing but bad all around. Read more
Very unsatisfied with the Hudson McDonald's!!! My order wasn't taken correctly, there was an employee on their cellphone... distracting the order taker, and poor communication between the customer and employee. I tried to speak to a manager, but I'mnot sure I was taken seriously. I also went to order a second fillet o fish, and didn't get cheese or tarter on it! Usually I'ma push over when it comes to bad customer service and brush it off as "maybe they're having a bad day", but this was absolutelyterrible. Read more
Overall this McDonald?s was very nice. It?s certainly new and modern looking, but relatively clean. The restaurant uses... self-serve stations, which take a long time to navigate but allow you to pretty much custom make your entire meal. It?s notconfusing, but it is a lot longer than just having somebody take my order. Overall a good experience. Read more
I?ve rarely gotten the correct order or somethings missing each times I?ve gone. Their fries are almost always cold and half... cooked. They have a handful of rude staff taking order. This location needs to do better. Read more
