Every time I come here and as I'm waiting in line I keep watching employees dump fresh food on top of old food! Are they unaware... how food is to be rotated? Old goes on top... I cannot imagine how many times a day they do that. So how old is the food on thebottom really? Read more
Uncomfortable dining experience and poor food. The manager has been "gabbing" with the front line staff the entire time we sat... in the dining room. All of the staff are loud and absorbed in the conversations. The food was over cooked and dry, and in thecase of the egg roll so bad it was black and charcoal. Went thru the drive thru and ordered orange chicken with fried rice. Got home and it wasn?t what I even ordered. Some gross... beef, Tasted terrible. Fried rice wasn?t really fried rice either. Called them to tell them and he couldn?t even say sorryabout that. Just I will write your name down and tell them your name. Like they will do that with just my first name. I visited the restaurant on 6/4/2022 at 7is pm and asked for a white rice entree with half bourbon and half orange they said we... are all out of white rice!really I believe it is because they didn't want to cook more white rice which is ridiculous, so theygave me a small plate not the normal entree plate with orange and bourbon then charged me full price ugh! Literally never order food from here unless you have a deal because they NEVER get it right. And the food is almost always bad.... Whoever was working May 8th 12:30pm needs to be let go. Noodles were so soggy and mushy its like they were sitting for hoursdon't even get me started on how much soy sauce they covered it in?? Then my shrimp was supposed to he firecracker shrimp butthere was so much soy sauce I felt like I got soy sauce shrimp and this isn't the first time this has happened. Whoever the cookis needs to be moved or let go. If there are only 2 shifts of cooks then Whoever was working the day I said is the bad cookbecause it's not always bad. Read more
Had a very bad experience with food that was overcooked and completely inedible. It took LeeAnn Chins 4 weeks to get back to... me, but the regional manager did get back to me and I was justly compensated. I appreciated the effort to rectify this, butGoogle really doesn't have a good way to notify that I had a terrible experience at this place, but the company made the effortto compensate me and I am satisfied. So, I have removed the photo of my inedible meal and added a star for the good faith ofthe regional manager. Read more
