I wanted a Five Guys burger for lunch. When I went in the music was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation or let alone... think. I asked if they could turn it down. I'm pretty sure I saw a guy with a pony tail and goatee drop the fry scoop on the floor, then picked it up and scooped my fries... into the bag. Have a little respect for the paying customer. I love five guys but after this i am hesitant to go back to thislocation. I just threw out the fries, and didn't say anything because I didn't want to make an issue of it. I've worked in foodfor over ten years, still do and just wish people would have more integrity. It was disappointing to say the least. Was getting famished from fighting traffic thru the construction zones on 94, so I thought a 5 Guys burger would fix that.... Grabbed some peanuts and ordered a bacon double, small fries n shake. Usual 5 minute wait, the music here was not obnoxiouslyloud. At $16 this isn?t typical fast food. The beef was high grade, as was the lettuce, pickles , onion, etc. To get five starsat this price, however, the bun should be higher grade and toasted, use real cheese (cheddar, Colby, provolone etc), the friesshould be less greasy (find a way to absorb some of that oil), and the shake should be more like Culvers.
