The guys working were super friendly and everyone loved their sandwiches. The place was very clean. No complaints here.
Under new Management!! During the past year or two they went through some tough times and like everyone else were short... staffed, long wait times, etc. However, I recently went there and they appear to have made changes for the better! Ordered agluten free meal and the workers were friendly, knowledgeable (making sub at separate station), quick, and the place was clean. If you've been avoiding E & G, it's time to go back and give them another chance! Read more
This is my favorite sandwich chain. I have had solid service even throughout the pandemic. The flash is where its at! Thanks... for keeping those sandwiches pumping! Parking is very easy and if you want to sit inside to eat they have big windows forwonderful natural light. Read more
I feel bad for the workers. They are doing best job they can, good for them. Shame on managment which in turn comes down to... ownership. They are understaffed and should be there themselves helping until it's fixed. Multiple people leave waiting to orderand for their food. They are missing out on money and would be smart to take responsibility. Food is good, although not madecorrectly. Will give them a few months to correct things before coming back. There are so many sandwich shops in town, but Erbs and Gerbs does it best! The delivery is fantastic when I don't have time... during my work day to run for food, and the sandwiches are excellent. I am generally not a sandwich fan, but I am hooked onE&Gs! Read more
No one said anything to me, stood there for a while waiting for someone to come to the counter, every time I ordered an item she... had to check if they had enough, which she should have known, no gloves worn making order, seemed unkept in food preparationarea. messed up my order even though I was the only customer, very poor communication between employees, seemed like workersdidn?t know what was going on, waited almost 20min for two subs and soup, again I was the only one in there. Zero flavor. Only thing that had flavor was the bbq sauce. I ate some avocado and it had NO flavor. Like how?!! The meat was so... flavorless and soggy I was actually disgusted by it. Oh and that's the one piece of meat I tried since I got so little. Lookingat the sandwich you could see it was half lettuce then rest veggie then 2 pieces of bacon and a slice or 2 of chicken. Good sandwiches and soups. Can?t go wrong for a quick meal. The only thing I will say is, sometimes you can?t tell if the store... is open because none of the staff are out front during slow days. Other than that, highly recommended. Read more
