A lot of choices in the area but overall a good spot. Chips were a good thickness and salsa was a good blend. Service was very... tentative. The dishes weren't overly spicy and meats were well flavored. Good portions overall. If I was to complain it would bethe queso was subpar and guac was too. But when you add in flavor and service it's a solid 3.5/4. The interior of the restaurantwas designed well and has an old time Mexican theme. Definitely above an El Loro. We don't go here too often, brought the kids. Nice big booths for sitting 5-6 easily. Was a Saturday early evening, not terribly... busy but plenty of people coming and going. Service was decent, not overly attentive but no issues. Food was good, did a trioplatter where I picked 3 items, burrito, enchilada and fried taco. A smaller burrito that didn't seem much different then theenchilada, same sauce it seemed. The taco was good. Our 10 year old expanded her horizons and also tried an enchilada, but wasnot her thing. We'll have to try something different next time here. The chips and salsa was pretty darn good, hard to stopmunching on those to save room for dinner. Read more
Took my family out tonight. Started with margaritas 1) short, Top shelf, and tall, Classic margarita . Both were good but the... margarita called ?Top Shelf ? was the best, if you like it not sweet , authentic Mexican margarita . All good ordered was verytasty would highly recommend any of these dishes: Food- 1) chicken and spinach enchiladas- my mom said was really good .2-Burrito casa- my daughter loved this dish . 3- enchiladas Mexica- one of each enchiladas- very good 4- burrito bowl with steak -great meal for anyone in a low carb diet. 5- pick 2; my son chose soft taco with steak and cheese, rice and beans no lettuce . Good portions, friendly efficient waiter, pleasant atmosphere. Had the Seafood Vallarta. Good but not great. Not really much... flavor and could have used more cheese sauce. Will try something different next time. Read more
Had the Benji Special but filled up on chips and questions by accident ha! Was good but could've had more flavor. Their Top... Shelf Margarita and queso though was amazing!! Read more
Had a wonderful dinner here. The atmosphere and decorations are beautiful and make you feel welcomed. It is truly impressive. ... The menu is quite large with lots of choice. Our server was a little slow and I don't think my margarita was made withHerradura tequila as I asked for. The margaritas was very sweet. The chips and salsa were excellent though, just the rightcrispness and not greasy chips while the salsa tasted great, but maybe not super fresh. The portions are insanely HUGE. Read more
Great customer service. I love the fish tacos; I had pineapple juice which was a concentrate, steamed vegetables, and seasoned... rice with tiny peas. Love it. Clean restaurant, not to pack. I will visit again when I'm in Hudson. I might try the new Richmondlocation next. Read more
