Tavern only. Astonishingly good food that seems to be fresh, simple ingredients prepared with precision care by a world class... chef. There are good restaurants in Hudson, but this one was the best we had. It was very casual (but professional) service. Wesat on the patio at a picnic style table. This review is for the Tavern. I've been here 5-6 times over the last few years and have been consistently blown away. I've... never had a dish or drink that was a miss. They seem to have some standby dishes but mix it up throughout the year and keep themenu fresh and seasonal. They manage to take familiar ingredients and combine them in ways that make you feel like you'retasting them again for the first time. The vibe is cozy and romantic.
