I?ve dined at grazin several times since it opened. Each time something was slightly off. This last time I ordered medium rare... burger with fries. The burger arrived well done and the fries were over cooked. If your specialty is burgers they better beperfect. This lack of attention to detail is why I rarely come here. It?s usually disappointing. Also this time the beer Iordered ran out at half full glass. Rather than asking me to order another she brought it and said she was only charging forhalf. So not enough and my next beer had to be something different from the half glass I just finished. It?s a great spot andconcept but I fear no one is overseeing it well enough. Today was delicious , for lunch ,ordered a grazin 6 oz burger,bun offered was dry, brioche bun would be great if offered, one... thing French fries was over deep fried, you can't taste the potato flavor, too dry. Chili was full of flavor, kidney bean wasSlightly pasty ,few beans undercooked .perhaps cook was overwhelmed with the lunch mass today ,the Philly cheese sandwich wasfair, full of flavor ,would be great if it was made with ribeye instead of straight sirloin which makes sandwich a bit dry,ribeye has a balance of fat marbled beef. Grazin strawberry milkshake is always wonderful to have mid day. Also menu should beupdated to reflect increased prices. I had a bad meal here earlier this year & decided to give it another try. The food was awful! This was once one of our favorite... places to eat. My husband?s ?medium? burger was black on the outside & dry brown inside, the fries seemed to have been deepfried several times, hard, crunchy, full of oil - yuck. My once ?all time favorite veggie burger? was burned on the outside &raw on the inside. The best part about this meal was the gin gimlet & the service. Absolutely one of the best places to spend an evening in the Hudson Valley. The food exceeded our expectations, the drinks were... authentic and perfectly made with their spirits and the service was exceptional. Portions are perfect, no crazy appetizerupsells that distract from the meal and make you over stuffed when you leave. Everything is simple and crafted just as it shouldbe (in the purest way possible, people forget how good this is) and that is what makes this place phenomenal. Even down to thepickles, ranch and ketchup, which are all made in house, the flavors and ingredients are truly the stars of this meal. Do notskip grabbing some chocolate chip cookies to go. We snagged a few world-class, grass-fed burgers at this snazzy diner smack dab in the bustling Hudson scene. We came at lunch... soon after opening and encountered friendly and patient service, with clean tables and carefully set tables. The vibe wascasually elegant, and one felt relaxed with the descriptive and diverse burger menu (including house-made vegetarian patties andfare). The coffee was strong, the salad dressing balanced, and the fries perfectly crisp and salty. The burgers weren?t too big,but right-sized for the plate and more than sufficiently delicious. Look forward to coming here for the cocktails and beer atsome point. Great for dudes burger breakfast or family lunch, but also for a hopping date night. Had a nice, easy dinner on a lazy Sunday night. I would stop by again if I was in the mood for a burger. We each got a burger,... as that's what their known for. The burgers were good, but nothing amazing. The fries were tasty; nice and salty/crispy. Wealso each got one of their house-made sodas, I the cola and my girlfriend the root beer. It was surprising to see their color,but they were pretty good. I certainly don't prefer it to Coke/Pepsi, but the uniqueness is worth it. Service was minimal, butnot bad by any means. Read more
