Last night our family tried Yummy Thai Food Truck and man was it amazing!!! The fresh rolls and spring rolls were perfect, my... husband had the basil chicken (mild) and he really enjoyed his meal, my father in law and I both had pad Thai (he had mild, Ihad medium) it was the best we have had, my daughter ordered the broccoli cheese Ramen and she ate nearly all of it. I am a strong believer that if you find something good you don't keep it to yourself. I've been checking out this place online... for months and loved the reviews I saw. I decided to just go for it tonight and order. Boy was I super impressed. The foodlooks just like it does on the photos. Super fresh, tasty worth every penny. Someone had mentioned the food truck was cleanerthan many restaurants and I can attest to that being true and I appreciated that so much. I can't wait to go back and try otheritems on the menu. I love to be able to support food trucks, it's a small business that's typically family run and often times an excellent... culinary experience. Yummy Thai is absolutely a must do food truck! The food was all made fresh to order. Spices are adjustedaccording to your own taste. Food was packaged well and arrived home as beautiful and fresh as if it were served in a sit downrestaurant. The quality was fantastic - fresh ingredients were apparent. The taste, though was absolutely amazing. I had thePad Thai, as it is billed as their "must have" dish on the menu and ordered mine with shrimp, medium heat and ground peanuts inthe stir fry. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I'll definitely go back and work my way through the menu. Brad was very talkativeand helped explain some of the menu choices as I'm new to Thai. Absolutely scrumptious!! We live in Sarasota full time and have an Airbnb off of clark rd. This Thai truck is cleaner than any... Thai restaurant I?ve ever been in and also has the best pad Thai and drunken noodles I?ve ever had. Thank you for the deliciousThai tea as well. Everything about this place screams delicious..not to mention they are family owned. Brads wife noi anddaughter view are killing the kitchen while brad expressed the flavor and style of food. I check their schedule every weekend to see if they'll be somewhere I can work into my plans!! I've had their chicken pad thai,... spring rolls, and thai tea. Everything is always perfect and delicious. So, so, so good. If you're anywhere nearby, definitelygive them a try. My perfect combo is a medium chicken pad thai and a key lime cider from Craft Life!
