i have done both dine in and take out, most of wendys in my area are pretty good,
It must have been teen night because half the staff was in the parking lot when I pulled up nd as I was ordering the employee... seemed very upset to have to to her job. I ordered 3 sandwiches and when they only gave me one, seemed to be very upset thatthey were missing 10$ of the order. They gave me one more sandwich and tried to send me on my way but was still missing anothersandwich and a fry. The manager was 14 managing 4 younger employees who didn't seem to understand I paid for 3 sandwiches andonly got 2. I will never go back. I like Wendy's but will drive out of the way to go to the one on U.S 19. Read more
Overall Clean Location... Staff Curious kind & Very willing to help the customers. Staff also we'll versed on products &... services they sell. Food freshly cooked hot and great tasting even when not at busiest time of the day. Great Experience atthis location as always has been over the years. Store also seems to have a good management team in place too. Been goinghere for decade's since this location opened. Read more

It?s a bit ironic for the prices to go up dramatically, but the quality of service and product to go down. 1) Check the bag... before it goes through the window. 2) It?s not my job to check the bag before it goes through the window. You?re not paying me,I?m paying you. 3) Don?t get angsty with me just because I showed back up to get a missing item and you don?t want to admit youmessed up by NOT checking the bag before it went through the window. This store is a disaster. I went inside to order as the drive thru line was not moving. It took 35 minutes to get 1 chicken... sandwich. No fries, no drink. Staff were unkempt, hair everywhere, hats on sideways and backwards. HORRIBLE!! Read more
I've been going here for about a year. The staff has always been friendly, they've never messed up an order and the fries (very... important) have actually always been crispy. I usually come for lunch or late at night (10pm to closing) and have never reallyhad a bad experience. Read more
