Pregnancy cravings kicked in this morning and I needed something that reminds me of home back in South Carolina. You pretty much... know what you?re getting when you eat at Waffle House. The food was great but I?d like to share my experience about theemployees. Donna was my server and she?s the absolute sweetest. She has the most beautiful smile and spirit. Erica, the managerwas working with Cortez and she was so patient with him. I?ve never seen a Waffle House manager who talks to her staff sopolite. She says please and thank you when asking them for things. It was refreshing to see everyone smiling while they work.Cortez has such an upbeat personality and it made me happy to see him singing and dancing while he worked. Gabe, the cook kept asmile on his face as well, and when he told Erica that he left his name tag on his microwave she just smiled and offered toorder him a second one. It may not seem like a big deal but after seeing so many disgruntled hospitality workers over the pastfew years, this was a joy. this is hands-down, the best waffle house in the country, I?ve been to plenty waffle houses around the country and I must say... the one in Hudson Florida has my heart. The servers are always extremely friendly and funny with great personalities, and thefood is always hot fresh an amazing. This is also one of the cleanest restaurants in Pasco county in my opinion. this is notjust a regular waffle house, this is a waffle home <3 Read more
So grateful they were open when no other businesses were while awaiting hurricane Ian's arrival. They were only serving a... "limited" menu *PRICE GOUGING like a mofo???? no sweet tea bc they didn't want to make it as per the waitress ???? our foodwasn't made properly but we ate it anyway bc we were starving. Extremely invasively Loud staff, host was Inconsiderate of customers, no menus on the table, dirty tables. Server will literally... take a handful of creamer and lemon slices and drop them on your table rudely. All around bad service. Read more

During CoVid, masks hide the smiles, but friendliness is seen in the eyes and sweet voices of Nina and Erica! We were greeted... and seated by Erica. Erica offered us digital or freshly cleaned plastic menus. We chose the latter. Nina took our order. Ourorders came quickly: bacon, egg and cheese bowl for Husband and over easy eggs with wheat toast and grits for me. Husband saidhis was delicious. It was so plentiful that he asked for a to go box so he could finish it for breakfast tomorrow morning. Ifinished most of my excellent breakfast, but brought home half the grits for breakfast tomorrow. We will definitely return tothis clean, friendly, and good food to eat Waffle House! Read more

We had a fairly decent time until we made had the... displeasure of hearing Anjie rudely burading her other coworkers and then promptly making rude comments to my friend and herorder.
