Reviews for Taco Bell in Hudson, FL
This location should be ashamed of themselves charging almost $10 for a Crunchwrap meal with nothing but a tortilla and lettuce.... What a disgrace? I?ll be showing the manager these pics when I?m in next to see if they can redeem themselves? fast food wasnever supposed to be fancy and I don?t expect that, but I do expect to get my moneys worth if ingredients, there is NO EXCUSEfor this, it is essentially false advertising and theft. I just want to let everyone know that if you want taco bell food do not go to this location because they don't know how to take... care of a customer. I ordered a chicken power bowl the manager told me that they were out of rice so I asked him to sub the ricewith more black beans. He told me that he was going to have to charge me for the extra black beans. I said wait a minute yourgoing to make me pay full price with no rice but if I want more black beans which come already in the bowl your going to chargeme even more that's ridiculous. Then he said (that is ) policy ). I check with a manager at another location and they saidthat's not true he should have just gave you more black beans to cover the missing rice. So in conclusion if you don't want toget screwed do go to this location especially if l. Madison is taking your order Read more

Good location. At 5pm on a Friday there was no line at drive thru. Only 4 customers plus myself. Clean and refreshing redesigned... store. Friendly Staff. Prefer this location over the 19 n 52 store. Read more
This is the second day in a row I went to Taco Bell for the Mexican Pizza. Yesterday I went through the drive through and it... said sold out on the menu, therefore I went elsewhere for dinner. Today on the way home from work I stopped to grab a MexicanPizza. The drive through was packed so I went inside. It said sold out on the menu inside. I said man this is the second day ina row you guys are sold out. I asked what time I would need to come in to order one and I was told they they are not selling theMexican Pizza anymore. It won't be back until the fall. If that's the case then put that on the menu instead of sold out. Ortake it off the menu completely until you get them back. It's not that hard. Quit making people waste time and gas when youdon't have it. Read more
Employees were polite but food was cold, the hard shells were soggy, squished flat. I do have to say the food was tasty. ... Employees need to take their time making the food and make sure they are sending hot food. I would have absolutely nocomplaints. Read more
First time doing a mobile order for this location. Ordered 3 meals. What a massive disappointment. I should?ve read the other... one star reviews. Got home and saw that items were missing and the items that were included had almost no meat. I definitelyfeel ripped off and I won?t be ordering from this location again. It is SHOCKING that the owner of this franchise hasn?tcompletely overhauled his management and staff. Read more
I always enjoyed Taco Bell because it had a great value, excellent customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. I used to eat at... a Taco Bell 3-4 times a month. However I'm noticing not only the prices are rising (just like everything else) but the portionsare getting smaller. The employees still do their job but it seems like they are "somewhat annoyed" that you are ordering inperson (not with a phone app or at the kiosk) and they have to deal with you (as if we are inconveniencing them). I don'tnecessarily blame the employees as this younger generation had become a product of the way society is today but the corporationcould do something about the value/portions. It has gotten so expensive now that for $2-$3 more dollars more (plus tip) youcould eat at a real Mexican restaurant (better quality products, bigger portions, table service, and a fine dining atmosphere). The product portions have gotten so small, you now have to order 4-5 items because just a burrito, taco, and a drink justdoesn't fill up an adult anymore. Sadly, I only eat at Taco Bell now when I'm really hungry, don't have the time to wait in linefor a custom made deli sandwich/Chinese take out, and want to eat healthier than McDonald's or a Burger King.
