Had a negative experience waited for 15 min for a wrap. When i told them i didn't get it. At first they said they made it... already and ignored me. I wish I could give zero stars. I stopped off to get my son and I a coffee after shopping. I sat in the drive thru line for... about 7 mins before the at the speaker started their order so I decided to go inside. When I got in there they girl took myorder and it took them about 5 mins before I got my drink and then I had to ask were my other drink was. I was there for atotal of 10 mins waiting for our drinks. They was no other customers inside. They also had 3 people putting away their truck. They had 3 people working they front. Read more

Took my daughter here for breakfast for her birthday today. Women that took our order didn't know how to use the computer. Of... course our order was incorrect. Which is the least of it. The younger girl employees are all cursing loudly! And havingextremely inappropriate conversations in front of customers and in front of my 5 years old completely unacceptable. I will saythe only male employee was very professional and I saw him open the door for a handicaped man and helped him in. The youngemployees are the problem there. If I could give no stars I would. I don?t understand how I pull up to the window and pay and get my donuts and just wait on ONE... simple coffee. I end up waiting 4 minutes before the girls in the window stop talking and standing around to FINALLY make mycoffee. And one of the girls just looks at you while you wait. There?s no sense of urgency whatsoever when there is a line ofcars behind me. The manager I know is very good and doesn?t like people waiting that long in line but these little girls need tolearn how to work efficiently. I finally took a picture when the girl that cashed me out decided to make my coffee but stop totalk still. It?s ridiculous when you spend almost $6 everyday for the worst service first thing in the morning. Read more

Stopped this morning to get coffee ??. The drive thru line was kinda long, but did move rather quickly. Wasn't sure if I was... going to like the way my coffee was made, but one taste and I was in heaven. First time my ice coffee was done right. Greatjob????! Consistently the worst Dunkin? around. Every time I go here, I spend 15 min in the drive thru at least. And I order ahead of... time on the app so I can?t just leave. This time, I spent another 15 min in the drive thru, finally got to the speaker andwaited and waited for someone to come on to the speaker and nobody came on and the person behind me started honking at me so Ipulled forward. I then was met with an attitude from the employee at the window for not ordering at the speaker and was told togo back around and wait in line again to order at the speaker. I explained that nobody was answering me at the speaker and wastold ?well everyone is busy and I just got here? I said that I had a mobile order so they asked my name, closed the window,started making my coffee, finally brought it out to me and said ?next time order at the speaker.?
