Burger was cold and dried out. Asked for fries,no salt. The girl taking my order said we don't put salt on fries, because to... many people ask for no salt. Well they had salt on them . I believe she was some kind of manager.lol. This is the second timeI've been at this location of and I will never go back ever! What a joke. Burger King used to be my favorite,not anymore! We've lived down the road since 2015 and were so excited when they built this Burger King. We've been coming ever since they've... opened the doors (COVID is not to blame) since it's the closest location and I've tried to hold out hope but just can'tanymore! Every time we come there is either a long wait or there is a long wait AND they mess up our order! It neverfails...there is no reason that they shouldn't strive to be as consistent as other locations. This has gone on too long and Idon't see it changing. The location at Moon Lake & Ridge never has these issues, the manager of this location should consultwith the Moon Lake location, they may learn a thing or two. I will no longer visit this store and will drive the extra 5-7minutes...with the wait, it turns out to be the same amount of time anyways. Very unfortunate ????. Read more
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The kid taking the order was higher than Snoop Dogg. The kid at the window was snarky. I... asked make sure there is no mayo. He shoots back with "well if you asked for it it has no mayo." Yea covered in mayo. They useda Whopper bun for an original chicken sandwich. Just look at the picture. Read more
Picking up a door dash order around 6:45 I noticed it was taking a while. As I looked around I noticed they were short staffed... and the young lady Katherine at the counter was on her third day. A veteran worker Alexandria was trying to keep it together asorders just kept mounting in. The entire time the manager was nowhere to be found. Finally as I helped get my customers ordercorrect the manager came out and started washing dishes. Everyone was so behind but instead of helping her staff, she hid in theback washing the three dishes in the sink. Think twice before ordering to go from here. The staff was great but they needed helpand the manager could have cared less. Needs to be fired. Read more
Would give less if possible. Now I know why it was empty. Rude people , over 15 min wait for cold soggy fries and rock hard... mozzarella sticks with an ice coffee. Dining area needs to be wiped down and swept. Read more
Sat in drive through for 10 minutes, only one person in front of us and it wasn't even a big order. Finally got to the window... and they couldn't find our order. Walked inside and it wasn't busy, no one by register and everyone moving like molasses andlooked confused. This was on a weekday early evening too Read more
Positives: price (2 for $12 meals); food was good; freshly brewed sweet tea was on point; modern-looking and clean inside;... Austin was courteous and helpful Negatives: service was a little slow and it wasn't busy yet; while bathroom looked clean, itsmelled very strongly of urine because urinal was broken (staff knew of plumbing problems but did nothing to prevent guests fromusing urinal) Read more
YUCK! Hash round were old and stale, oily tasting. Didn't get what I ordered. Spent $8+, the only saving grace was the coffee... was drinkable, not great but tolerable. Not the firat time it's been so bad but I thought it may have improved. Lesson learned!Never again! Read more
