All I have to say is WOW!!! Literally some of the best BBQ I've ever had. The smoked wings were probably the best wings I've... ever had at a restaurant, and they know exactly how to make them because if you just smoke them they are still super rubbery, soafter they smoke them, they flash deep fry them so that they have the smokey flavor and are still super crispy. Then I got theplatter with ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. The brisket, just like the wings, were probably the best brisket I've ever had ata restaurant. The ribs were super tender, but still had a nice texture, and when I grabbed the first one, it fell right off thebone. And the pulled pork was very tasty as well. We also had the burnt ends that were excellent and the fat was renderedperfectly. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 and would recommend everyone to come and try it. It was the first time Iever ate there and will definitely go back again next time I am in town because I live far away in Minneapolis. GREAT JOBFRIESS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Interesting spot. Interior isn't too large- you order at the cash register. They also have outdoor seating - there was live... music outside when I visited. My rueben was very good. ~20 beers on tap, mostly regional craft beers, but also some Belgian andGerman beers. Wide variety of styles. Definitely a little gem of a place. Read more

I found about Bilda's, through advertising on the website, Washington County Insider. I was driving through the area I... accidentally found it. It's on the corner of 167 and 164 near Richfield. When you arrive, you get a menu at the cashierstation, and find a place to sit. Go back to cashier to place your order. You can order the Friday fish fry earlier than 4 pmlike the menu says. Just ask. I started at the bar with a glass of beer from the tap, Barbe Ruby, Belgian Family Brewers, lightsour cherry flavor. There's so many beers on tap and the fridge, there's a board with all that's available. It's okay to ask fora sample to help you decide what to drink. For my appetizers, I had the burnt ends. It was like cubes of steak, fried andsmothered in BBQ sauce. It was okay. Good snacking food while you're drinking. I had the Friday fish fry. It was 5 big piecesof deep fried, beer batter cod. Little cups of tartar sauce and coleslaw. Large portion of deep fried potato wedges, coveredhalf of the plate, they were kinda big fat curls. Fish fry was good and satisfying. When you arrive, you get a menu at thecashier station, and find a place to sit. Go back to cashier to place your order. The waitstaff and bartenders were polite, cheerful, and friendly. The decor was very interesting lots of old beer advertising signs, local business signs, quotations, andgrowlers. Outdoor seating with a firetruck as a tap, and band stage. Read more
