Pretty annoying when multiple staff members are more interested in joking on that clock instead of working. The sign was turned... on, the sub line was prepped, the gas station attendant even went back there to inform the employees, yet the clock kept ticking& nobody came out - if you were closed or not in the mood to work just say your closed instead of having people stand there forno reason. Short commute from our home. The staff is usually always friendly. The young lady who works the closing shifts is so kind and... sweet, and she makes each sub very well (neat, good portion of meat and veggies, nicely wrapped). Read more
The girl with the messy bun ignored me and played on her phone like didn't even say hi. After 10 minutes of standing there a... male worker came over and apologized, I waited while dealt with the beeping ovens then he made my order and the three peoplebehind me. They would benefit from a manager present to ensure employees are working and not pushing all the work on the maleemployee with the glasses. He needs a raise and she needs some work ethic. Read more
Honestly, if Robert (old manager) is not there working no one has a clue what's going on! He got a new job but still working... part time, he has always been extremely helpful and always a positive attitude, always remembers returning customers! Hopefullywith a good leader things will start to get better, I completely understand being understaffed. But good costumer service comesa long way! Read more
