In my experience the food has always been fine, but every single time I've come to this location (and the one on Harshman), it's... taken 15-20 minutes just to get through the drive-through. Often I'll find myself sitting at the speaker for several minutesbefore anyone takes my order. The owner better get their act together if they want to stay in business, I don't think I've everseen a more unprofessional establishment. Read more
Was coming home from a visit to the dentist after a filling on one side, a temporary crown on the other and little feeling in my... lips or cheeks. Stopped here for lunch. Purchased a medium frosty and it was both safe to eat and delicious! Read more
stopped and grabbed a $5 meal deal, fries were soft, chicken nuggets only warm, and cheeseburger so burnt I could not eat it... really thought the owner would check things by now. so disappointed. Read more
Waited inside for 5 mins they knew i needed help but no one would help me. There was no one else inline. I tried to use the... kiosk but they didn't work. Now sitting in drive thru. Love the chili and baked potatoes but I will go elsewhere next time. Lifeis to short to be treated like this. Read more
Unbelievably lazy. Twice in three weeks I ordered delivery over an hour till close and they just waited an hour and canceled.... They act like someone ordering a cheeseburger 75 minutes til close is rude or something. Crazy lazy people Read more
The sign says Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers. Unfortunately, after waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru ordering station I was... told that they didn't have hamburgers. They only take one customer at a time. So the service is always slow. Usually severalemployees standing around not working. Manager continually allows this to happen. Read more
Wait time for food is extremely long. Sat for for 22min in the drive through. Spoke with the manager upon arriving at the pay... window. This Wendy's was absolutely rude and basically threatened my girlfriend and I with the cops for what they called "making a... scene" this was wrong and I feel that it was a discrimination towards her and I. A message was delayed to my girlfriend that ifwe came back they would call the cops on us. Which is ridiculous we simply walked in ordered our food, sat down to eat andthen got up and walked out. Whomever was the one who gave misleading information about us is wrong and best believe we willnot dine or spend any money with this Wendy's ever again. Good way to lose business! Read more
