Not even close to what it used to be. Very sad to see Waffle Houses these days. Waited over 15 mins to even be spoken too.... Servers were overwhelmed and cooking. Only 2 girls for entire store and even then with limited menu, they couldn't keep up. Nottheir fault, very poor management in my opinion. Read more

I cMe in at 1150 on a tuesday night the lady charged e 2 bucks for extra cheese in my eggs then another 2 on my house browns ... the cook was making it didn?t put the cheese in my eggs and i said something so he start picking my eggs up from my togo platewith his hand so i ask for him to remake it, the. didn?t get the other chew i paid for on my hash browns when i asked house manypieces he said two then when i said I lid four four the. his story changed the waitress looked a a deer i. headlight should havedone something so no refund no nothing worst service ever!!!! We consistently get let down by our neighbor Waffle House! They lock the doors on customers in the middle of the day when they... don?t want to do their job!!! You pull up with employees outside smoking advising you at 2:53 pm they are only excepting carryout orders, with staff on site!!! This is not a single occurrence this happens often!!! Walked inside only had a cook. He said sorry not cooking now too busy. There was only 2 tables 4 people inside. Never knew there... was a 2 table max eating in ... I am quite sure the owner has no clue what staff is doing. They will notice no sale for sure. Read more
well, i will say it was fast. waitress remade burnt waffle instead of serving it as many places would. waitress friendly. All... the tables needed cleaned but they did wipe them off for us. my grits were cold, thick & pasty. music blasting so loud youcouldn?t talk. playing Play that funky music white boy. volume not considerate of customer. staff singing along. it was thevolume that was the issue. would I go again? unlikely. Worst Whffle House I have ever been too! Staff is rude and got mad because we ordered food when she ask what do you want. The... half of the order was messed up with a side of hair in my food which was a great touch. Asked for water for our son and got adirty look. There are at least 3 others Whaffle House in the area that are much nicer. Just found some plastic in the food whata great addition! Read more
