I went through the drive thru last night after I got off of work and was not provided my debit card back. I called back today,... was advised that the card wasn't in the safe and that the closing manager would call me back. I patiently waited well after theclosing manager arrived but did not receive a call, so I called back. I explained the situation and was immediately interruptedby her saying "I worked last night and no one left a debit card", I advised her that this was the ONLY place my card was used on11/9/22 and that I did NOT get my card back. She was very rude and cut me off again and was said "well it's not here you didn'tleave your card and we didn't take it so call your financial institution." There was no need for the rudeness or for the managerto conduct herself that way. She could have simply said "I was the closing manager last night, I apologize but I was notnotified of a card being found and I am not showing one that was turned in." THAT SIMPLE. The way this transaction was handledwas absolutely inappropriate. Being a manager in customer service myself, I can assure you that this is not the way to conductbusiness. Their FAVORITE pass time , is to ask people if they want sauce and then not even give it to them. As. Waitress, that would be... like me asking if you'd like a drink, then not bringing it. 9 months pregnant and can't even get some mild sauce with my food. Stopped here on my way to work. The lobby was closed as usual. This time due to "no water" Went through drive thru. Asked for... hot sauce and received a small amount. I asked for more. The 2 girls at the window blocked my view and didn't add anymore sauce.They smiled at each other knowing that they were up to no good. This place always has poor service. The first girl was big andhad reddish hair. The other girl was smaller and plain looking. I hope the manager is able to coach them into doing better forcustomers. But I doubt it. Read more
