This place has great seats that recline and also are heated. Sound is pretty great and the screens are large. Although the seats... are great, I kept hitting the heated seat button which was kind of annoying. If they were located in a different spot, notdirectly next to your leg, that would be great. They have the worse customer service I?ve ever seen in a Starbucks. They are rude when you politely tell them that the drink is... wrong the manager Brittany isn?t friendly at all when I asked for a refund due too my order being wrong for the second time.Don?t recommend this place at all. Read more
The lines can get REALLY long during the so called rush hours, and it's in the middle of the front of Kroger grocery store, so... it's a bit hectic, however they are always friendly and make a mean frappe! You can't use your app to our order though. If youwant a more open store experience there is a newer location across the street near the Mc Donald's, and they do use appservices. Read more
There is a reason I stopped going there?. But hubby was with me and was ready to watch football but, anyway, I get either a... Matha tea latte or a Carmel Macchiato?.so both did not taste nothing like Starbucks in Kroger? both tasted like hot milk with apump of coffee not even espresso?.all that waiting for that. By far the WORST Starbucks I?ve ever been to? I read my drink loud and clear and I got nothing even close to what I ordered? The... simplest of details such as ?ice? couldn?t even have been followed? Oh, did I forget to mention the part about waiting in linefor 30 minutes just to be greeted with attitude by the employee working the drive through. Then again with a drink that was nowhere close? Everytime I go i have to wait 40 minutes just to get my coffee. And I understand that there is a new staff or something but it?s... been like this for a month now. And everytime I go through the drive thru the baristas are always chit chatting and goofing off.and half the time I?m here there isn?t even that big of a line.
