This is by far the WORST hothead I?ve ever been to. Every single time I order online or for delivery through DoorDash my order... has been messed up severely. I?ve never left a review at any restaurant until now because this place has done nothing but ruinmeal after meal for me. Like who in their right minds toasts someone?s food AFTER they put lettuce and sour cream on it? Why canI spend $30 on DoorDash for me and my girlfriend and literally be given a bag of chips and queso? No one here cares about youand it?s obvious. Read more
My husband and I Just went in and got two burritos and when asked what kind of rice we wanted we said white rice please . The... guy behind the counter started putting in on and I asked if we could please have the rice fresh and the guy looks at me and saysit rice I said yes I would like the fresh warm right please he then responds with well rice its rice ,I was just like forget it.then we continue with the other toppings and are having to repeat what we say because nobody listens the first time . Not tomention that they are always super rude and have horrible attitudes and the turn over rate in there is unbelievable. There aremany times I leave there and want to call corporate because they are so disrespectful when taking orders . If I worked there Iwould be ashamed to work at this branch . Love this place but today ordered 2 bowls the same and they didn?t add sour cream nor Monterey Jack to one of them
I got steak power bowl. It was full bowl and delicious. Staff was fast and atmosphere was fresh.
I have been here twice in the last week and have had problems both times. The first time was with door dash where I took my... whole order back to be remade! Then today where we ordered online and picked, they did a good job making the food today how everwhen I I arrived they told me I just had one item left to be made. Stood there and watched 3 people that came in after me orderand leave before I got my family's food. That was roughly 6 items going out the door before I received my bag that was alreadypaid for! Then I took the bag went home and found they forgot to put in our 4 cookies for 3 dollars! Tryed to call them multipletimes and have not been able to get ahold of then! I use to love this hot heads and go daily but they literally have a scale they weigh your burrito on out for the customer to see... so they don?t accidentally give you too much of anything. The burritos and bowls come with smaller and smaller portions and Ihave to order triple meat to get the original amount I use to pay regular for. Im sure they?d blame it on the economy but thenwhy doesn?t chipotle or Qdoba do that? For that reason I?m out for good ! Read more
