Absolutely disgusting. I asked the man taking our order if they had gluten free buns. He said "i dont know" and stared at me.... After standing in silence for a moment, he decided to inquire with another employee about my request. My husbands sandwich was apile of slop...which we returned and they did refund. My sandwich, which they prepared with no bun, was placed in a cardboardcontainer. I expected the lettuce to be placed in the cotainer first. Instead, they filled the bottom of the cardboard containerwith mayo and smashed the burger into it. Cold fries, cold onion rings, dirty restaurant. We were the only people waiting forfood and the workers were audibly complaining about how busy it was. Two other people came in, but both walked out because theyweren't even served after waiting at the counter. Read more
Stay away!!! Tried to eat there for the second time In the last month. The first time at drive thru they told me to hold on a... moment. 7 minutes later I left, this time at drive thru they said computer was down unable to serve. It's no wonder there isn'tever a line, everyone knows how terrible that place is. I will never go back there! Read more
This place (Brandt Pike Location) has gone downhill extremely fast. They?re always out of things I just went to their... drive-through sat there for two minutes with not a single soul speaking to me just to find out that they?re closed with no signsor anything that a single person there due to the fact that I couldn?t see around the building to see their parking lot. I have gone through the drive-through at this location approximately five times. However, I can confidently say this will be the... last. As I sit here with long weights watching cars in front of me pull away because they?ve been waiting longer than me alittle angered by the complete disorganization of the store. Last time I tried to go through the computer is frozen and theycouldn?t take my order. The time before that the order was completely wrong and it took them forever to get it right. This timethey were unable to serve the hot ham and cheese sandwich at this time. Then after having to change my order I asked forcinnamon rolls which again I was told they could not serve at this time. Another time I came early in the evening barely 6o?clock and wanted to go inside and eat with family from out of town and the doors were locked. I am wondering how this placeeven stays open. Only one out of the five times that I have gone through the drive-through have I received everything I orderedthe way I wanted it and they had everything that I asked for. Terrible odds I hope they can get their act together because I?dlike their food when I can actually get it. I haven't been to a place before that I wanted to walk out of due to the staffing. With plenty of people to do the job, it took... 32 minutes for the crew to get a simple order of burger, fries and a drink completed. Cold food, flat soda and attitudes wereall the restaurant shod be known for. Absolutely the slowest and most inconvenient option for a "quick" stop. Read more
Everything was wrong with this visit. The curly fires we ordered were old regular shoestring fries, and did I say old.. the... onion rings may have been even older.. looked like they found some onion rings under the make line and decided to serve themrather than make fresh. The picture is of the sides in the garbage can, which is where they ended up, not edible at all. Thepotato bun that should've been on my sandwich was a sesame seed bun, not what's pictured or advertised with the particularsandwich that I ordered. The kids meals were missing the kids part.. no toy, no bag, just tossed on with the rest and gave thekids Dr. Pepper instead of the sprite we ordered. The store was just a hot mess. We will not return. Minimum wage seems fair tome since the fast food industry is as minimal as you can go, and the attitudes and customer service level matches thatminimalist mind set. Customer service is dying and employees want raises without raising the bar of their work ethics, nothanks. Just cook the food fresh, serve how ordered, and use your manners... simple as that people. Ordered the BTL Ranch hand breaded chicken sandwich, first time it didn't come out right at all, so they remade it. Second time... wasn't any better. After spending 5 minutes waiting in the drive thru, waiting for them to take my order, I said "Hello" about 5 times. They... finally responded with "one second please" and I waited. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to take my order while there wereno other cars, I left. If it takes them 15+ minutes to take my order, I dont want to know how long it would take them to makethe food. The food isn't worth that kind of wait anyway. Read more
