Rhonda at the register was very nice and attentive. I ordered grilled nuggets meal. The food came out super fast which was nice,... but I got fried nuggets and not grilled (which is what I ordered since I eat gluten free) when I returned the fried nuggets andasked for the grilled nuggets I ordered, Rhonda was really nice and apologized, and offered me the fried nuggets while I waitedfor the grilled nuggets, but the manager was rude, gave me a nasty look, asked Rhonda to take the fried nuggets from me and hegave me another nasty look and threw the fried nuggets in the trash in front of me?. Don?t get me wrong the whole experience wasnot needed, a ?I?m so sorry let me get you some grilled nuggets instead? would have been better. I know I was there orderinglunch right at the end of breakfast, but I was happy to wait since the fries and grilled nuggets are worth the wait, but themanager did ruin the experience and leave a sour taste in my mouth for this restaurant? I did a mobile pickup and peak lunch times and my wait was much longer than expect for a chic fil a lunch drive thru line. They... didn?t seem to be very on top of it here. My first bad experience at Chick-fil-A. Usually they are so friendly and helpful and servant minded. The crew here today was the... opposite. I had for my granddaughters here and they were anything but joyful. As a matter fact they acted like we were a burden. Read more
Stopped in for Lunch before our Dayton Dragons game and the service was amazing. Very clean and well organized. Staff was... friendly and dependable. Food was amazing and fresh. A gentleman came around and checked on us and the quality of food. Offeredus hand wipes and mints. He even offered to refill my drink before we left. Haven?t heard such pleasant service at a fast foodrestaurant in a very long time. Highly recommend. Read more
This location has completely lost my business, the staff were horrible. From the kid who took my order, to the manager who... refused to honor what the kid was supposed to ring up ( they can check the video if they really want). He didn't get anythingcorrect other than the sandwich, I asked for large fries and drink, they brought out smalls. I asked for extra sauce that Iwanted to pay for and they wouldn't allow it, and have never had an issue at any other location. What was absolutely the worstpart, this was supposed to be my favorite meal before I have surgery tomorrow, and was completely ruined by the staff at thislocation, and the managers unwillingness to make things right. Stopped at this Chick-fil-A on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. It was new, clean, and fast. I highly recommend it to... anyone looking for a quick meal on the go!
