Always great, consistent, exceptionally tasting food and the service is right there with it. You don't get to reach the... locations directly anymore so you never know what atmosphere you'll walk into, but I'm always greeted with a hello and a smileregardless of the time of day or who's working! You know you've achieved pizza greatness when you order so often they know whoyou are just by your order...this is classic service and what we all hope for when we finally find the only place to fill "thatneed." The super deluxe is the BEST pizza around. The family ate 2 in one day. Delicious!!!
My son ordered an extra large deluxe for delivery the person who took the order read back my son's name and address. An hour... later he called to ask where the pizza was, the person who answered said that they had put it down for delivery instead. Shealso said she would put in another order for a fresh one. I will never ordered from the Huber Heights location again. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered and it appeared someone ate... my food. I spent almost $100 on 4/26/22 and when l looked at my food, some of the wings were aten with clean bones in thecontainer and the salad was wilted. The 1st time I received a puzzled and there was a slice missing. I?m very disappointedand I may escalate this concern. Read more
Stopped in last night with some friends , first time in this particular store. After talking to who I think was the manager, he... helped us with our drink selection and we ordered a lg. Vic's big cheese. I have been a customer of Cassano's for over 40 yrsand I would rate the pie they brought out to our table as one of the best. The staff was great, checked on us several times tosee if we needed anything even though they were really busy. Great Pzza, great service, great job manager and team. Read more
