Wouldn't honor any of the clearly advertised food specials even after taking the time to register for a membership card. I asked... the cashier why the discrepancy in price but couldn't provide an answer and refused to change the price. If you like greasypizza and diarrhea then this might be the place for you, but if you're hungry and expect to pay the advertised prices then Iwould recommend going elsewhere... Read more

Their evening shift cashier probably shouldn't work in customer service. Takes him a minute to put his phone down and take your... cash for fuel. Then had 0 customer service skills. Never said a word the whole time just acted like i was putting him outmaking him ring up my fuel. I'll definitely get my fuel somewhere else next time. Read more

I had quite an incredible and unexpected experience at Casey's today. I went inside and ordered some cheese bread, which were... yummy by the way, and $20 in gas. I went to pay with my Phone using Samsung Pay, and the transaction wasn't going through. Itried it a couple times, and it kept declining my payment. It turns out that because what I had linked to Samsung Pay was aprepaid e-gift card, it doesn't have a pin number associated with it, and it wouldn't go through as credit. I started freakingout for a second because I was very low on gas and I had just ordered that cheese bread. An employee came over to see what theproblem was and tried messing with it to make it go through and nothing was working. She then took out a card and put it in thecard reader and the transaction went through. Turns out she paid for my gas and food with her own money without even thinkingtwice about it. I couldn't believe that she had just paid my entire $25 transaction. I thanked her and was almost in tears. Iasked the cashier what that lady's name was and he told me that it was Megan. So, Megan, if you see this, I really appreciateyour generosity and kindness! It goes to show that in a world full of greed and people only thinking of themselves, there arestill some kind hearted people. Thanks again Megan, and I will definitely be paying it forward!! Don?t order delivery. Waited 40 minutes, was delivered the wrong food and no drink. Casey?s can?t issue refund stuck waiting up... to 10 days apparently for refund from DOORDASH?! Called to talk to manager and she was no help. UPDATE: two weeks into tryingto receive a refund. DoorDash claimed to have issued refund day of, when refund never came I made another call to doordash, whoconfirmed there was no refund issued and that I must collect that refund from CASEYS. Who tells me I must get it fromDOORDASH. Have been denied a refund by both CASEYS and DOORDASH. They each point the finger at one another, I?ve even tried todispute the charge, which my bank has denied because ?I authorized the purchase?. But never received the service I paid for. Andhave only gotten the run around and RUDE, uneducated in their own system and UNHELPFUL customer service from the managers atCASEYS. Read more
