I came through the drive thru today hoping to see Sarah?s smiling face. They said it would be a wait on the food to pull around... so I just came in to say hi to Sarah she wasn?t working the drive thru but had to come in to say hi b/c she always makes my daybetter. I enjoy this store, which has been around since I was young. Most of the time, friendly service and smiling faces. Food has been... good as well. 4 times this year now, I have ordered after work and have been missing things. I feel it necessary to bringattention to the community in hopes of this changing. It's good food for after work so I don't have any problems with that. Justcannot get orders right to save their lives. I've probably lost out on 20+ dollars of food missing from my orders. I called andthey do fill the missing items, but it's a hassle to do that. Also, I hate being that guy who checks orders in front of theworker, I think that's insulting. This place is amazing. I would give it more than five stars if I could. We had trouble finding the right Burger King, because... the others had no drinks or the coupon wouldn't work! They delivered the food so we didn't slip on the waxed floors, and hadhumor too! I will come again!! Read more
Lobby said open, but doors locked. No one answered at the drive thru window. Went a few weeks ago and they left us on hold for about 10 minutes at the drive thru window because they were extremely backed... up on orders. I let that go because I understand things happen. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich with ketchup and mustard only.When we returned home the sandwich had hardly anything on it.
