Placed a mobile carryout order and went inside to wait for my order. It took 20 minutes. Another lady came in twice because her... order was messed up multiple times. Then something is very wrong with the freestyle machine, the pop tastes gross and there isvery little syrup added to it. I've had that issue twice now. I know they looked to be short staffed which I know is an issuein the fast food industry, but they at least needed one more person working the front, there was only one guy doing all the workof taking orders and filling them. I love your food but your staff today was really rude. If I pay 10 for a meal a simple anything would be nice but I was given... dirty looks and 1 pack of ketchup when I asked for a large Fri. I'll sit in taco bell line next time, they hate there jobs tobut at least they smile and are friendly. Read more

They move through a drive thru line fairly quickly so that's great! My burgers were slightly on the cool side however.
The entire place smelled like a bathroom. Every surface looked like it was only wiped with a wet rag with no soap almost every... table had crumbs on it. Explains why no one was inside. I said I didn't mind waiting for the chicken sandwich to be fresh. Thelady was very polite though when she repeated back my order she only said a hot chicken. I said no all the food hot.
