Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with 3 ppl infront of me. Curly brown hair guy at the window always looks and acts mad... messed up on some type of medication. Had to re ask my entire order, they still forgot half the order, said he put sauce in thebag and there wasnt lol. Almost this way everytime the last month or two, around dinner time. I sat at the drive-through ordering speaker for 10 minutes before someone came on to talk to me and there were no cars in front... of me and he says just so you know we?re out of chicken steak and beef. It made me mad because why didn?t he just say that fromthe moment I pulled up to the speaker instead of having me sit there for 10 minutes. This Taco Bell continues to close their lobby at random times during the day making the kiosk ordering in-accessible. I?m... addition they often alter their business hours on the fly we have driven 10 miles+ more than once to find out they are notfollowing their posted hours. THIS Taco Bell is AMAZING! They were slammed like all the others recently with the comeback of the Mexican Pizza and I had been... to every one recently in 20 mile radius. Always understaffed, long lines, and errors in their orders. Simple solution is to pay competitive wages?more staff..greater... work flow?better bottom line, simple business. Cars are always pulling away from this place because they don?t want to wait inline. Waited 35+ for food. Also there was blue paint chips or sparkles in the food. Read more
This place has entirely let me down every-time and tonight was my last night. I am extremely dissatisfied. The order took a... minute because the guy may have been new on the cash register. Then when we arrive at the window, we get handed the bag of food,and he looks at me like I?m all done. When we haven?t been given our drinks. The screen is literally right in front of you. Idon?t blame this young man, maybe he?s under pressure, maybe he?s new? Now every-time I?ve visited my order has been missingfood. And every time we have them put sauce on the order because the first several times we went they did that. They forgot thesauce too, not just messing up the food and forgetting drinks. These people are clearly stoned which is fine, but please forthe love of God would somebody train people properly so that they are comfortable doing there job. I don?t blame the young manthat messed my order, I blame management not making sure they?re employees are comfortable at the cash register. Taco Bell hasbeen a thriving fast food company for years.
