Good pizza but not worth the massive price increases. 2 medium pizzas and 1 cheesy bread delivered plus tip was over $60!
They were swamped with a fundraiser and still kept up. They even trained a new guy. They got the wrong crust with the wrong... toppings on two of our personal pizzas, but small matter for how busy they were. Read more

Very decent Pizza, but they are more skimpy on the items than most of the Pizza Outlets in the same area. They seem to be more... skimpy on certain items than others, though...for example, they usually put enough Pepperoni on, but not at all when you orderBeef (hamburger), which is my favorite item on a Pizza! Their pizza is great and wait time is minimal. However, ordering by phone is less than pleasant. They recently went to an... outside call center (vs in store.) The order takers have a foreign accent and speak very fast. One cannot understand them. Wehave to ask them to repeat themselves many times. Very frustrating. Suggestion: Give up the call center. We ordered from the Howell, MI location a few times and keep getting bad results. Tonight was no different. My girlfriend asked... what size I ordered because it didn?t look like a large. We ordered a large pan pizza which is advertised as a 14? x 10?. Butthe size is actually 13? x ?9?. The pizza was also burnt, The mushrooms looked very dark and burnt. However the flash on thecamera washes out the burnt edges and mushrooms. Oddly, the pepperoni, cheese, and bottom didn?t look burnt but normal. But youcould really taste the burnt flavor and it overpowered the rest of the pizza. Maybe smoke? Also they didn?t do a very good jobspreading out the toppings. Being this seems to be a ongoing these at this location, hopefully this serves to be a wakeup calland they improve things. Read more
I tried to order online to no avail. When I called I had to give my order twice. Finally at the end of the order he said my... discounts could not work because they were not online. On top of that he then said the credit card machine was down and the onlyway I can pay is cash. After the pizza arrived, it was the wrong pizza. It had a missing topping and little sauce. The person Italked to argued the topping wasn't on receipt. I was intentionally polite and said I'd just post a review. He was rude and saidhe did not have to serve me if I was going to disrespect him. I then asked for a manager and asked if they recordedconversations, I honestly were hoping they did. The manager identified as general manager was polite and offered either $10 oranother pizza 40 min later. He did say he would take care of the rude employee. Wanted to add all this as I strive to honestlyreview food places. Smh at this point they should give pizzas away. Where is a pizza hut when you need one. Read more
