The 2 young ladies working clearly did not want to be at work. They were nothing but rude to my husband and I when we went in to... try and order. They claimed they could not make a certain drink even though the app ( for that location ) said they could. Whenwe tried to tell them that they may want to update the information, they got all sorts of snippy and said they don't controlit. Well then simply pass along the message ladies. They then very snottily asked if 'that was it then'. For a new franchise,it's not a good way to get customers and keep them coming back. Read more
