This is my new favorite place for eating alone. The ingredients are fresh, huge selection to choose from. Soup tastes really... good. Price is very reasonable, I spent about $12 for a well balanced meal. Read more
Really tasty hot pot experience. The concept is a bit unique. You select any ingredients from the open food bar. They weigh it... and charge you. You pick your hot pot soup base and they cook it for you. We pick the medium and very spicy soup base and welove it. The broth is thick and yummy. The advantage of this place is you can choose what you want to eat in your personal bowlof hot pot. Want more lamb, more shrimp, go all out with it. We spent $45 including tips for 2 huge bowls of hot pot. Read more
If only you and the other parter want to try All kinds of ingredients in Chinese hot pot, this is really a great place to go.... When I and my husband go to other hot pot restaurant. We are always in a dilemma that we wants to eat more different dishes butthat would end up with lots of leftovers. We love Malatang because you can pick as few skewers as you wish, then you would beable to try more different ingredients. As to flavor, I think it will not disappoint you. Their bbq lamb and beef is alsoreally good! Must have a try. This is our second time here and would definitely come back again Read more
I find it a bit weird that it's by weight, but the price comes out to be about the same as other places. They have a decent... number of vegetables and noodles to choose from. The broth was good, as were the cooking/preparation. Read more
My friend wanted to try this new spot and we decided to give it a try. For those who are new customers like us, it is just like... a buffet hot pot. You go pick ingredients you want and put in a bowl. Then you go to cashier and they will weight it and you payabout $10/lb. They will ask what kinds of soup base you want to cook with your ingredients. They have spicy soup (about 3levels), mushroom soup and tomato soup. The soup is good and goes well with fresh ingredients. The only problem is lots ofingredients in Chinese, even description of soup base. The employee is barely talking English. We were having hard time tounderstand what the employee said but she was trying very hard to communicate with us. I do recommend they should have duallanguages, so non-Chinese customers like us can understand better. Read more
The food at this place is exceptional! Very tasty, well prepared and the best thing is you can chose among many veggie or meat... options, basically you build a combination of yourself! All the food material are very fresh, you can tell that by the time youpick them up from the freezer; the soup they use beats all the places I have ever been to, it is excellent tasty real beefbroth, but not salty at all or like added flavor in so many other places. I always drink it all! So good! The people there aresuper nice too and always takes care to offer the best quality! Highly recommend this place. Read more
You can pick whatever you want from the shelf and you pay by weight. I had Thai soup base which I believe they added to much... MSG. Overall it’s good. Probably not healthy but I don’t come here for healthy food. I come here for guilty pleasure. Read more
